Joe has a proven record in leadership roles in the Australian media industry. He was the founding managing director of Posterscope in Australia, launching and establishing the business over a 5 year period, in what remains a leading market for the world’s largest Out-of-Home specialist agency network. For 4 years, Joe was a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Dentsu Aegis Network, ANZ.

Having overseen the specialised planning and investment of hundreds of millions in OOH, during a period of rapid sector development and unprecedented growth, Joe is an advocate of standardisation and automation for the sector – and an enthusiastic student of the potential for the connected D/OOH future.

Prior to Posterscope, Joe held senior management roles at leading media agencies in Sydney. He has a rare understanding of the factors at play on both the buy and the sell side of the OOH sector, particularly in relation to the changing landscape of the broader media industry and the difference between #Digital and #DOOH.

Joe has been with the Seedooh business for over 2 years, from pre-launch through to broad adoption by the OOH sector in Australia.

Seedooh is a fully independent technology platform specifically designed and built to provide complete and standardised reporting for buyers and sellers in the OOH industry. Launched in July 2017, Seedooh is the only reporting system that provides near real-time, third party verified delivery data for OOH campaigns appearing in both digital and traditional formats. Seedooh is committed to helping develop a new industry standard in delivery reporting in Australia. The platform has provided reporting on over 18,000 campaigns, active on 15,000+ monitored locations, processing upwards of a billion install / play events each month – for more than a thousand registered Seedooh users.
